1. About the Portal

GTA VI Portal is an independent, fan-made community website with news, forum discussions, guides, a wiki, and other content related to GTA VI. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. All GTA VI trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials referenced on the Portal belong to their respective owners and are used for commentary and fan-community purposes only.

2. Your account

You need an account to post, comment, like, and follow content. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be old enough, under the laws of your country, to consent to using an online community service on your own. If local law requires a minimum age, you confirm you meet it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post (topics, comments, screenshots, etc.). By posting on the Portal, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of operating the Portal.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Portal, you agree not to:

• Post illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Spam, post unsolicited advertising, or manipulate votes, likes, or rankings.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the Portal’s systems.
• Upload malware or use the Portal to distribute harmful software.
• Scrape or systematically collect data from the Portal without permission.

5. Moderation

We may review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms, and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously break the rules. Reports submitted through the moderation tools are reviewed by our moderators to keep the community safe.

6. Deleting your account

You may permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit profile → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, topics, comments, likes, and follows, and cannot be undone. We may also suspend or delete accounts that seriously violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Portal is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. News, leaks, and information shared by the community are for entertainment and discussion purposes and may be inaccurate, unofficial, or speculative. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any user-submitted content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Portal and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date whenever we make changes.
